This hotel is situated in a quiet residential area just outside Grenoble centre, with a tram stop right outside. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and there's even a grocery store within a short walk. The rooms are well-appointed, with a very adequate small kitchen that includes a refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave. The attention to detail, such as the presence of small cards with instructions in multiple languages, is impressive. The staff are welcoming and go out of their way to assist guests, making the stay even more enjoyable.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Isabel, the chief receptionist was very helpful during our 7 day stay. It was a comfortable hotel with excellent self cooking facilities including a well equipped kitchen and cutlery. the hotel was also right in front of the tram station which made it convenient to visit other parts of Grenoble.

The apartment we stayed in was really clean and comfortable. The cooking area was great too, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, right next to a tram stop which took us to the city center in no time. There was also a supermarket nearby which was really convenient.

The apartment did feel a bit cramped for four people. The beds were comfortable, but we had to use a pull-out bed which made it a little tight.

We really liked the concept of Apart Hotel, it had small kitchen which doubled our comfort level.The studio size was quite good and was composed of 2 big cupboards. The studio was well designed and was very comfortable with all the amenities that one may require for a comfortable stay.The hotel staff was more than helpful and they helped us in everything we asked for.

Plenty of space, nice big bathroom, good setup for doing some work on the laptop, modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is probably the only thing that some people may not like. But there is a tram stop right out the door, so not really a problem.

We had a great time at The Originals Residence! The apartment was spacious, furnished, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The friendly reception staff made us feel welcome and gave helpful recommendations. The convenient location near the tram station made it easy to explore the city. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It provides an excellent base from which to explore the city of Grenoble with the flexibility of catering offered by having a well-equipped kitchen area in the room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but standard for France. Close to the 'old town' part of Grenoble and the tram was in front of the hotel. Good restaurants nearby.

The rooms that face the front are noisy due to the tram being so close. If you have the window open you can smell the cigarette smoke from people waiting for the tram.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient, right on the tram line. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making it comfortable to stay in. The hotel facilities were excellent, I particularly enjoyed using the fitness room. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything I needed.

Just a small thing to improve. We were ok with cleanness of room and didn't asked to clean it but by the end of our 5 days stay we hardly could cope with rubbish. Would it be possible to check and take away rubbish time to time?

We really enjoyed the hotel apartments, these are fully equipped with everything that you need for self catering. The apartments are spacious, well designed, very clean and modern. The location is excellent, tram stop right in front of hotel, and city centre is just a few minutes away. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful!

Although they have cable Internet in the rooms, there is no Wi-Fi in the room, so if you're using iPads and smartphones you have go to the reception area to connect to Wi-Fi which made it a bit inconvenient.
